Dear Friends,

We are delighted that Gelong Thubten will be back with us once again. On this visit he will focus on the practice of Green Tara – one of the practices we do in the Centre weekly. He will give instruction in the practice – the meaning of the text including instruction in the visualisations needed during the practice.

Thubten will also give a general talk on the deity practices we do in the Centre and why we do them.

***These instructions are only open to those who have taken Refuge and have received the Empowerment of Green Tara.***

Friday 11th September  Deity Practice in Vajrayana – the practices and why we do them 7.30-9pm – open to all!

By Donation – Donations go towards the cost of bringing Thubten to Dublin and the running of the Centre.
