An opportunity to spend a day in meditation with teacher Donal Creedon. With the fast pace of modern life it can be difficult to create some space to ‘just be’. Whether you are just starting out on the meditation journey or are already experienced on the path, all can benefit from the experience Donal brings.
Donal Creedon, a native of Dublin, has spent 12 years in retreat and received teachings from masters of the Kagyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. He now leads retreats in many countries and we are delighted that he has been able to make time in his busy schedule to offer this mini retreat.
