Join us for a day retreat with the community of Kagyu Samye Dzong Dublin, a day of blessed silence. There will be short meditation sessions with video teachings from H. E. Tai Situ Rinpoche on the Six Paramitas.
There is no need to book, just turn up, and bring lunch to share.
There is a suggested donation of €10 for the day, to help cover Centre costs, but if finance is a genuine obstacle you are still welcome to attend and benefit from the day.
