An opportunity to mix sitting meditation and meditation in action, to better suit our busy lives. This will include video teachings from His Holiness Karmapa, short sessions of meditation and study sessions – all in silence. Participants will stay overnight in the Centre to benefit fully from the practice.

Suitable for all levels – beginners and experienced meditators alike.

Numbers on this retreat will be limited – if you are interested in joining the retreat please book your place as soon as possible.

Suggested donation €30 per person (to help cover centre costs)

The retreat will begin at 9am Saturday morning and ends 4.30 Sunday afternoon
