In honour of the birthday of His Holiness 17th Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorge, we are holding a couple of community events. On Saturday the 9th July at 2pm, we will meet at Wrights of Howth on Howth Pier, where we will try to buy as many lobsters and crabs as we can for the practice of Tsetar, of liberating of lives.
And on Saturday 16th July, from 12pm, we will listen to teachings from His Holiness Karmapa in the Shrine Room, followed by group meditation session and a picnic in the garden. Everyone is welcome to attend and help celebrate this occasion, a chance to get together as a community. Please bring lunch to share, and a picnic blanket. There will be birthday cake!
